Refund policy
45 Day Returns and One Courtesy Exchange
Eligible products may be returned or exchanged within 45 days from the original ship date.
Each order qualifies for one courtesy exchange. Any additional exchanges or remakes may involve additional fees.
Returns are not accepted after 45 days. However, warranty coverage (outlined below) may still apply.
Refunds for Shipping Delays
We actively track every shipment after it leaves our facility to help ensure timely delivery. If a delay occurs, here is how we handle it:
If your order is more than 5 business days past the promised delivery date, you are eligible for a 20% refund.
Many delayed shipments still arrive shortly afterward, so allowing a few extra days is often helpful. If you want an update at any time, our support team is ready to assist.
Return Eligibility
Custom Prescription and Replacement Lenses
These products are custom manufactured. Returns, refunds, or remakes are not available for:
• Incorrect prescription details
• Wrong PD measurements
• Incorrect frame model information
• Changes of mind after ordering
Because these lenses are custom cut, they cannot be reused or resold.
Non-Prescription (Plano/Cosmetic) Lenses
May be returned within 45 days if unused and in original condition.
Frames and Non-Custom Accessories
Follow the standard 45 day return and exchange policy.
Starting a Return or Exchange (RA Required)
An RA number must be requested within 45 days of delivery.

Include inside your return package:
• Item(s) in the original case with all accessories
• A note with your RA number and a short description of the issue
• Your order number and account email
If requesting a defect inspection, include a copy or photo of your prescription when applicable.
Ship items to the address listed in the Return Shipping section below. Full sets must be returned for replacements (frames, lenses, and case).
Exchanges
Preference Exchanges (Within 45 Days)
One complimentary exchange per order. Customers cover return shipping.
Damaged or Defective Upon Arrival
We will replace the same item at no cost after inspection and approval.
Refund Process
Once your return is received and inspected, we will email you with the approval status.
Approved refunds are issued back to the original payment method. Processing times depend on your bank or payment provider.
If you used a prepaid return label supplied by us, its cost may be deducted from your refund.
Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
Missing or Delayed Refunds
• Check your bank or card statement
• Contact your payment provider for processing updates

12 Month Limited Manufacturing Warranty
All products include a 12 month limited warranty covering manufacturing defects only, such as:
• Incorrect lens fabrication
• Coating failure or peeling
• Structural frame defects
Anti-reflective coatings and photochromic films are included under this coverage.
If a manufacturing defect is confirmed, we will remake or replace the item at no charge.
If you paid to ship back an item that is later confirmed defective, we reimburse return shipping costs up to $7.
This warranty does not cover normal wear, accidental damage, or errors in prescription or frame information provided during ordering.
Return Shipping Information
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping method and adding insurance for items valued over $75. We are not liable for lost return shipments that cannot be confirmed as delivered.
If you prefer, you may request a prepaid return label. The label fee will be deducted from your refund unless the return is defect-approved.

Gift Orders
If the product was marked as a gift and shipped directly to you, you will receive store credit for approved returns.
If the order was not marked as a gift, refunds are issued to the original purchaser.
