Will my frames work?
Most likely. Metal and plastic frames almost always work. For rimless or wraparound frames, send us a photo first and we'll check.
How does it work?
Order your lenses online, then mail us your frames. We check your prescription, cut and fit your lenses, and ship your glasses back with tracking.
Do I have to send in my frames?
Yes. We fit new lenses to the frames you already own, so we need them in hand. Pack them in a sturdy box and send them with the prepaid shipping label we give you.
What prescriptions can you make?
Single vision, progressive, bifocal, and reading lenses, plus non-prescription lenses. The options you see depend on the lens type and color you choose.
Can you put prescription lenses in my sunglasses?
Yes. Choose sunglass lenses, then add your prescription. The colors and finishes available depend on your prescription type.
What do I need to order?
Your frames, the numbers from your prescription (SPH, CYL, and Axis), and your PD. Don't know your PD? Here's how to measure it.
How long will I be without my glasses?
We ship your glasses back within 10-14 days of them reaching our lab. Shipping adds time each way: 10-14 business days standard, or 6-9 business days express in the US.
How much is shipping?
Standard US shipping is free on orders over $90. Otherwise it's $9 for standard (10-14 business days) or $19 for express (6-9 business days). Every shipment is tracked.
What if my order is late?
If it arrives more than 5 business days past the delivery estimate, you get a 20% refund automatically. No forms to fill out.
Can I use my FSA or HSA?
Yes. Our lenses are FSA and HSA eligible.
Can I return prescription lenses?
No. They're cut for your eyes only. Non-prescription lenses can come back within 45 days, unused. If we made a mistake, we remake your lenses free under the 12-month warranty.
What if I entered my prescription wrong?
Tell us right away. If we haven't cut your lenses yet, we'll fix it. If we have, the lenses are yours to keep, so double-check your numbers before you order.
What does the warranty cover?
12 months on manufacturing defects: incorrect lens fabrication, coating failure or peeling, and structural frame defects. If we confirm a defect, we remake it free and reimburse return shipping up to $7. It doesn't cover normal wear or accidental damage.
