Delivery times may vary depending on destination and customs processing. Duties, taxes, and import fees may apply and are the responsibility of the customer.
What if my order arrives late?
Every Vision Global order is backed by our On-Time Delivery Guarantee. If your order arrives more than 5 business days past the estimated delivery window, you'll automatically qualify for a 20% refund — no forms, no back-and-forth.
Our team monitors every shipment from the moment it leaves our facility and issues the credit on your behalf. Most delayed shipments still arrive within a few additional days, but this guarantee ensures you're never left waiting without compensation.
How do I track my order?
A tracking number is emailed the moment your order leaves our facility. Tracking details can take 1–2 business days to populate in the carrier's system after dispatch.
Do you offer local pick-up?
Yes — local pick-up is available at no charge from either of our California locations.

Pick-up hours: 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM. Select “Local Pick-Up” at checkout and we'll email you when your order is ready.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes — we ship to most countries worldwide. Standard international shipping is a flat $19 and typically arrives within 10–14 business days. International orders may be subject to local duties, taxes, and import fees, which are the responsibility of the recipient.
Returns & Exchanges
What is your return policy?
We offer a 45-day return and exchange window from the date of delivery. If your frames aren't quite right, you're eligible for one complimentary exchange or a refund within that period.
Can I return prescription lenses?
Prescription lenses — including replacement lenses for Ray-Ban, Oakley, and Amazon Echo frames — are custom-made to your specifications and cannot be returned for change of mind or prescription input errors.
Please double-check your prescription and frame model before ordering.
How do I start a return?
Contact our team at support@visionglobaldirect.com with your order number to receive return authorization and instructions. Returns sent without authorization cannot be processed.

Who pays for return shipping?
We cover shipping on your first exchange. For subsequent returns or exchanges, shipping is the responsibility of the customer. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
When will I receive my refund?
Once your return is received and inspected, we'll notify you by email with the outcome. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method and typically appear within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or card provider.
Warranty & Vision Guarantee
What does your warranty cover?
Every pair of Vision Global eyewear is backed by a 12-month limited warranty covering manufacturing defects — including frame structural issues, coating defects, and lens imperfections. The warranty does not cover damage from accidents, misuse, or ordinary wear and tear.
What if my prescription doesn't feel right?
Our Vision Guarantee has you covered. If your lenses don't match your prescription or feel off, contact us and we'll remake them at no cost.
What happens if my frames break?
Reach out to support@visionglobaldirect.com with photos of the damage and your order number. If the issue falls under warranty, we'll arrange a replacement or repair. If it's outside warranty coverage, we can often help source replacement parts.
Prescription & Lenses
What prescription information do I need?
You'll need a current prescription that includes:
- Sphere (SPH) — for each eye
- Cylinder (CYL) and Axis — if you have astigmatism
- Addition (ADD) — for bifocal or progressive lenses
- Pupillary Distance (PD) — the distance between your pupils in millimeters
If your prescription doesn't list PD, most optometrists will provide it on request, or you can measure it at home.
What lens types do you offer?
- Single Vision — corrects one distance (reading, driving, or everyday wear)
- Bifocal — combines near and far vision with a visible line
- Progressive — seamless transition across near, intermediate, and far distances
- Reading — optimized for up-close tasks
What lens coatings are included?
Anti-reflective, UV protection, and anti-scratch coatings are standard on all prescription lenses at no additional cost. Optional upgrades include blue light blocking and photochromic (light-adaptive) lenses.
Do you offer replacement lenses for my existing frames?
Yes. We make custom replacement lenses for select Ray-Ban, Oakley, and Amazon Echo models, starting at $26. Browse our Replacement Lenses collection to find your frame.
Payment & Insurance
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, debit cards, and PayPal. HSA and FSA cards are also accepted on eligible purchases.
Can I use my HSA or FSA?
Yes. Prescription eyewear is HSA and FSA eligible. Use your benefits card at checkout like any other payment method.
Do you accept vision insurance?
We are an out-of-network provider. After purchase, you can submit your itemized invoice — included in your order confirmation — to your insurance provider for reimbursement.
Most vision plans reimburse up to $100 for prescription lenses or glasses, and claims are typically processed within 2–3 weeks.
Is my payment secure?
All transactions are processed through encrypted, PCI-compliant payment gateways. We never store your full card details on our servers.

What brands do you carry?
We feature premium eyewear from CARIN and VYCOZ — Korean design houses known for minimal forms and precise craftsmanship — alongside our own curated collections and replacement lenses for leading sport and lifestyle frames.
What frame materials do you offer?
Acetate, titanium, stainless steel, metal, bio-plastic, and ECO PAXX (a plant-based premium material). Material selection is available as a filter when browsing our eyeglasses and sunglasses collections.
Are your sunglasses prescription-ready?
Most of our sunglass frames can be fitted with prescription lenses, including polarized and photochromic options. Look for the “Add Prescription” option on individual product pages.
What comes in the box?
Every pair ships with a hard protective case, microfiber cleaning cloth, and care instructions.

Do I need an account to order?
No — guest checkout is available. Creating an account lets you track orders, save favorites, and speed up future purchases.
