01 What prescription range do you support?
Sphere from minus 10.00 to plus 5.00. Cylinder from minus 4.00 to plus 4.00 at any axis. Email us at info@visionglobaldirect.com if you have any questions about prescription ranges.
02 Can I use my HSA or FSA?
Yes. Use your HSA or FSA card at checkout like any other card. We email an itemized receipt automatically with your order confirmation.
03 Do you accept vision insurance?
We are out of network. Submit your itemized invoice, included with your order confirmation, to your provider for reimbursement. Most vision plans reimburse up to $100 for prescription lenses. Claims usually process in 2 to 3 weeks.
04 How long does shipping take?
Standard delivery is 10 to 14 business days for $9, free over $90. Express is 6 to 9 business days for $19. Priority 3 day is $29. International standard is 10 to 14 business days for $14, also free over $90. Local pickup is free at our California locations.
05 What if my order arrives late?
Every order is backed by our on time delivery guarantee. If your package arrives more than 5 business days past the promised delivery date, we automatically issue a 20% refund. Most slight delays resolve within a couple of extra days. If you'd like an update, email info@visionglobaldirect.com.
06 What is your return policy?
45 days from delivery for an exchange or refund on frames. Prescription lenses are custom made and can't be returned for buyer error, but our Vision Guarantee covers any pair that doesn't match your prescription or doesn't feel right. Contact us and we remake them at no cost.
07 Will the lenses interfere with eye tracking or hand tracking?
No. The lenses sit inside the headset's optical pod, and the antireflective coating passes the IR wavelengths used by Vision Pro and Quest eye tracking. Hand tracking and passthrough work normally.
08 Will they fit my headset?
Each pair is cut for the exact mounting geometry of Vision Pro, Quest 3, or Quest 3S. Pick yours on the headset selector. The frame snaps onto the optical pod with no tools and works at any pupillary distance the headset supports.
09 What's covered under warranty?
A 12 month limited warranty covers manufacturing defects, including frame structure, coating issues, and lens imperfections. Accidents and ordinary wear are not covered.
